These terms govern your use of Easy Notifications. By creating an account or sending through the platform, you agree to them.

Using the service

You may use Easy Notifications to send messages that recipients expect or have consented to receive. You are responsible for the content you send and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient.

Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk messaging to recipients who have not opted in.
• No sending of unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Honour unsubscribe and suppression requests without delay.
• Do not attempt to evade sending limits, filtering, or reputation controls.

We may pause or suspend sending that threatens platform reputation or breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance each month. Message allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. SMS is billed at carrier rates in addition to your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and performant. Scale plans may include a specific uptime commitment; otherwise the service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easy Notifications is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
